MILWAUKEE — Carma Labs, the maker of Carmex lip balm products, has expanded its skin care line with the new Carmex Healing Lotion in a 13-oz. pump.
With the addition of the new 13-oz. lotion pump, and other trial and travel sizes now available, Carma Laboratories has developed its skin care line into multiple product sizes. The suggested retail price for the new pump is $10.99.
“Carmex fans have embraced our skin care line since we unveiled the Healing Lotion and Healing Cream last year,” stated Paul Woelbing, president of Carma Labs. “Our goal was to leverage the healing power of Carmex to develop a family of skin care products that work, as well as our popular lip balm. We are excited that we now offer two Carmex skin care formulas in a variety of sizes to serve virtually every customer need.”
Originally sold exclusively at Walgreens and Walgreens.com, Carmex skin care products now will be available this fall at most national chain drug and retail stores including Walmart, CVS, Meijer and Drugstore.com.
Carmex Healing Lotion features aloe and vitamin E to moisturize, heal and protect skin from dryness. In addition to the new 13-oz. pump, Carmex Healing Lotion is available in a 5.5-oz. tube for a suggested retail price of $5.99 and a 1-oz. trial-size tube that retails for 99 cents.
In 2010, Carmex unveiled its new skin care line — Carmex Healing Lotion and Carmex Healing Cream — the first Carmex products outside of the lip balm category.
