Starting this Sunday, May 5, for every Budweiser sold through July 4, the company will donate a portion of proceeds to the Folds of Honor Foundation to support military families.
Budweiser launched its first Twitter account on Jan. 27, and made a splash with its first tweet: an image of a newborn member of the "Budweiser Clydesdales Class of 2013."
Budweiser announced that its season-long campaign, "Walk-off a Hero," raised $2.5 million for the Folds of Honor Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational scholarships to families of fallen or injured soldiers.
Budweiser is letting consumers trace the origins of its beer to one of the company's 12 U.S. breweries through a new digital campaign that is integrated with Budweiser beer packaging.
