Bartell Drugs, Strideline, Dick’s Drive-In team up to support local nonprofit

Bartell Drugs, Dick’s Drive In, and Strideline are stepping up to the plate to support FareStart to “sock it” to hunger.

Last year, a similar plan was put into place between the three companies. Strideline created a limited-edition sock featuring local icon, Dick’s Drive-In. The first program was successful, and the team decided to pair up again to help another local organization, FareStart.

Dick Spady, co-founder of Dick’s Drive-In, believed that if one invested in their community and helped their community thrive, their business would thrive.

Customers can purchase a pair of custom, quality socks from a local company, decorated with a local icon’s design featuring the sentiments “We got this, Washington”. For every pair of socks sold, $3.00 is donated to FareStart’s COVID-19 Response & Recovery Fund to help locals who need it most during this ongoing crisis.

The socks are available at select Bartell’s locations or online while supplies last.
