Coty adds Anheuser-Busch InBev’s Chalmers to board
NEW YORK —Coty on Tuesday announced the latest addition to its board of directors. Anheuser-Busch InBev chief legal officer Sabine Chalmers will join the board and will serve on its audit and finance committee.
Chalmers has 25 years of senior management experience in international consumer goods, including extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions. Before her current role at Anheuser-Busch InBev, she was chief legal and corporate affairs officer, company secretary and a member of its executive board since 2005. She has led the company’s global legal, regulatory, communications and corporate social responsibility functions. She was involved in the three of the world’s largest cross-border M&A transactions during this time.
“I am delighted to welcome Sabine to the Coty board,” Coty chairman Bart Brecht said. “Her international experience as a senior leader in the global consumer goods industry will be a valuable addition to the broad range of experience already on our board.”
