Tria Beauty names CFO

DUBLIN, Calif. — Tria Beauty, a maker of at-home laser and light-based skin care treatments, has hired Sandra Gardiner as CFO.



Gardiner assumes leadership of the company's global finance, accounting and information technology functions.



Gardiner joins Tria Beauty after holding C-level financial management positions in both private and publicly held companies, including Asante Solutions, Ventus Medical, Vermillion and Lipid Sciences. She has been involved in raising more than $500 million in funding through various mechanisms in public and private markets.
