CVS Health is establishing a new channel for real-time support and connection to appropriate mental health care and resources at select, existing HealthHUB locations in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
Ashley Karpinski, the key clinical leader who was responsible for developing the HealthHUB Behavioral Health program, will provide a background on the consumer health needs that CVS Health and Aetna identified around the need for more accessible, local behavioral health resources.
Karpinski also will address the increase in the need for mental health services, especially amid the pandemic, that makes the creation of these services in HealthHUB locations even more vital.
You will learn:
What specific behavioral health services are available in HealthHUBs through Licensed Clinical Social Workers on-site.
The importance of mental health assessments, referrals, counseling, and personalized care plan development.
Why it is critical to make the mental healthcare system easier to navigate and to make counseling services more accessible and convenient to communities across the nation.
