“Innovation is always on the agenda at the NCPA Annual Convention, whether we’re working on changing the pharmacy payment model, advancing the latest patient care services, or learning and implementing operational best practices,” said NCPA president Brian Caswell, owner of Wolkar Drug in Baxter Springs, Kan. “As we reunite in person during the NCPA 2021 Annual Convention, we’ll talk about how we can leverage the disruption of the pandemic, change the face of pharmacy, and power up our practices. I’m excited to hear from great speakers like Betsy and Josh, and to get together in Charlotte for the biggest independent pharmacy reunion of the year.”
