J&J Consumer names Twigg chief customer officer

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Johnson & Johnson Consumer recently announced that it had appointed industry veteran Chester Twigg to the position of chief customer officer for its family of consumer companies. Twigg will report to the company’s worldwide chairman of J&J Consumer, Jorge Mesquita. 

 

Twigg’s role will see him playing a key role executing the company’s global consumer strategy, as well as developing new ways of selling to maximize growth and value creation. 

 

Twigg joins J&J from Procter & Gamble, where he was most recently VP sales for its global baby, feminine care and family care categories. He spent 20 years at P&G, where he drove business growth and built customer relationships in China, India, Eastern and Western Europe and the United States. He will relocate from Singapore to New Brunswick.
