Throwback Thursday: A T. rex named Sue

“Jurassic World” dominated the box office this summer, but the film’s iconic Tyrannosaurus Rex’s image might have been less intimidating if the fossil hunter Susan Hendrickson hadn’t found the largest-ever T. rex skeleton on this day in 1990.
