Benzer Pharmacy moves into California with eye on growth

LONG BEACH, Calif. — Benzer Pharmacy announced recently that it had made its entry into the California market with the acquisition of Care Right Pharmacy. And according to the company, this is just the start of the chain’s expected growth in the Golden State. 

 

Benzer Pharmacy told  that it is planning to make California one of its major markets, with plans to open five more stores in the state by June 2018. 

 

Benzer’s new location will feature all of its services, which include such limited distribution specialty drugs as Cosentyx, as well as standard pharmacy customer service and clinical offerings. 

 

“We are looking at how we can provide better clinical care by providing personalized medical advice and cost-effective treatment methods.” Benzer Pharmacy president Alpesh said. “Benzer Pharmacy will keep the same community spirit and preserve the legacy of the previous owner.”

 

The store will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
