Benzer Pharmacy signs first franchisee
TAMPA, Fla. — Benzer Pharmacy has taken the first step in carrying out its plan to add 600 stores through its franchise model by signing its first franchisee. Tampa entrepreneur Tony Kalia signed the franchise agreement last week and the company said details of the pharmacy would be announced in the coming weeks.
“I came across the information about Benzer Franchise on their website and was quickly interested in their franchise business model,” Kalia said. “After discovery day at Benzer Pharmacy's corporate office, I was impressed with their professionalism and spirit of teamwork. I envision that through this franchise initiative, we will be able to deliver more benefits and health services to the community in the Tampa Bay area.”
Benzer launched its franchise model earlier this year, and will be hosting a franchise information seminar at the Rusty Pelican in Tampa on June 17 at 7 p.m., where the company will provide dinner and a presentation about becoming a franchisee. Attendees can register on the company’s site or by emailing [email protected].
“This is an exciting opportunity for Tony and also for our company as it heralds the start of a new phase of growth.” Benzer CEO Alpesh Patel said. “Our aim is to gradually grow to an additional 600 stores through the franchise model.”
