PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Camber Pharmaceuticals announced this week that it had launched generics of GlaxoSmithKline’s Valtrex (valacyclovir) and Eisai’s Aricept (donepezil).
The valacyclovir is meant to treat herpes virus infections and is available in 30- and 90-count bottles of 500- and 1000-mg tablets. Donepezil will be available in 30- and 90-count bottles of 5- and 10-mg tablets and is used to treat Alzheimer’s disease symptoms.
