DIA develops online training program

HORSHAM, Pa. An organization representing the pharmaceutical industry has created a new online training program for industry professionals.

The Drug Information Association announced Thursday the creation of several online learning modules for clinical investigators and other professionals. The DIA said the modules were designed to make up for cuts in the training industry.

“In an unsettling economy, many professionals turn to online learning,” DIA acting executive director William Brassington said. “As the biopharmaceutical industry experiences unprecedented changes, DIA will remain at the forefront of online learning to provide businesses with the ability to retain and develop employees who can compete in an global economy.”
