Echo Therapeutics CEO to present at the 'Innovations in Diabetes' Conference

FRANKLIN, Mass. The leader of a company that developed a non-invasive and wireless transdermal continuous glucose monitoring system will present at a conference showing new diabetes treatment technologies.

Echo Therapeutics announced Thursday that chairman and CEO Patrick Mooney would present at the Innovations in Diabetes Conference at Baltimore’s Pier V Hotel Tuesday.

“We are honored to have been selected to present at this prestigious conference, which highlights cutting edge technologies in the field of diabetes management,” Mooney said in a statement. “We look forward to introducing Symphony, our needle-free continuous glucose monitoring technology, to the large audience of physician thought leaders from around the world who will be attending the conference, and to providing an update on our notable progress toward our goal of making Symphony available to physicians and patients in early 2010.”
