Humana holds ‘Let’s Talk About Women’s Health’ free education session, fitness demos

MESA, Ariz. Humana Active Outlook has announced that it will hold a free women’s health information session Oct. 23 at The Arizona Golf Resort Hotel and Conference Center in Mesa. “Let’s Talk About Women’s Health” will feature free educational sessions on a variety of women’s health topics, as well as fitness classes and health screenings.

Samples of nutritious foods and guidance on setting goals for better health will also be offered. Discussions on topics ranging from protecting yourself against osteoporosis, to screening for breast cancer will be open to the public.

Humana’s free “Let’s Talk About Women’s Health” seminar will run from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 1-888-445-8692.
