Innovation to unveil PharmASSIST SmartCabinet at upcoming NACDS conference

JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. Innovation, a pharmacy automation equipment manufacturer, will introduce one of its latest products at an upcoming conference Saturday.

Innovation announced that it would unveil its latest version of the PharmASSIST SmartCabinet at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores’ Pharmacy & Technology Conference in Boston.

The 3-sq.-ft. cabinet features a high-resolution, touch-screen display, tuck-away keyboard and mouse drawer and 46 independently operating pill dispensers, which count prescriptions simultaneously.

“The ‘plug-and-play’ SmartCabinet has been one of our core offerings for a full decade,” Innovation CEO Mary Reno said in a statement. “To build on this success, we listen closely to our customers and continuously enhance our products to help harmacies become even more efficient, safer and cost-effective.”
