Sephora, Kohl’s unveil beauty brand lineup

After announcing plans to bring the Sephora at Kohl’s concept to life, the two companies are now sharing further details of what’s to come.

The partnership, which is debuting in 200 Kohl’s stores this year, will feature several of the beauty retailer’s prestige brands, as well as such featured categories as Clean at Sephora.

“We’re thrilled to bring the depth and diversity of Sephora’s brand assortment to Kohl’s that will ensure approachable access to prestige beauty. We are also proud to share that 75% of the brands we’re offering Kohl’s customers are exclusive to Sephora at Kohl’s and Sephora,” Artemis Patrick, Sephora’s executive vice president and global chief merchandising officer said. “All customers who enter Sephora at Kohl’s can expect the same experience, and will find the most highly sought-after brands, that Sephora clients have come to know and love at our freestanding Sephora locations and Sephora.com.”

Several Sephora exclusives, including Fenty Beauty and Drunk Elephant, will be available at the concept, as well as such clean beauty brands as Ilia and Milk Makeup, the companies said.

When it comes to the makeup category, brands consumers will be able to find include Anastasia Beverly Hills, Benefit Cosmetics, Charlotte Tilbury, Lancôme, Makeup by Mario, Make Up For Ever, Nars, Rare Beauty, Tarte and Too Faced.

In the skin care lineup, available brands include Estee Lauder, Fenty Skin, Fresh, Glow Recipe, Kate Somerville, Ole Henrikson, Sol de Janeiro, Summer Fridays, Supergoop, Tatcha, The Ordinary and Youth to the People.

Hair care brands include Bumble and bumble, Briogeo Hair Care, Drybar and Olaplex.

Lastly, several fragrances from leading such leading brands as Armani, Gucci, Maison Margiela, Tom Ford, Viktor & Rolf and Yves Saint Laurent will be available at the concept.

This game-changing milestone in our long-term partnership with Sephora is another proof point to how we are transforming Kohl’s beauty business to become a leading experiential beauty destination.”

In addition, Sephora purchases at Kohl’s and Kohls.com will be eligible for Beauty Insider rewards benefits.

The retailer also will be added to the list of locations where consumers can make in-store returns, store pickups and curbside pickup orders.
