Surescripts Health Information Network achieves QHIN designation

Surescripts Health Information Network can now provide access to nationwide health data exchange.

Surescripts Health Information Network, a subsidiary of Surescripts, has been designated as a Qualified Health Information Network by the Recognized Coordinating Entity, The Sequoia Project.

As a designated QHIN, Surescripts Health Information Network can now provide access to nationwide health data exchange governed by the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement policies and technical requirements, joining other designated QHINs.

As a QHIN, Surescripts Health Information Network will leverage the industry-leading reliability, support, and deep partnership that our parent company, Surescripts, is known for.”

Now Surescripts Network Alliance participants have the opportunity to connect to Surescripts Health Information Network, a QHIN, via Interconnect.
