Top Women keynote speaker Odessa Jenkins featured on 'Today' show

In the interview, Jenkins shares how she founded the Women’s National Football Conference and her goals of fair pay and equity.

Odessa 'OJ' Jenkins, the keynote speaker for the 7th annual DSN Top Women in Health, Wellness and Beauty event, appeared on the "Today" show to discuss how she is leveling the football field for women. Traditionally a male sport, Jenkins shares how she founded the Women’s National Football Conference and her goals of fair pay and equity.

“It is the best thing that you have never watched,” Jenkins said.

DSN launched Top Women seven years ago as a way to recognize and celebrate the contributions of women in retail pharmacy and as a vehicle to help identify emerging leaders that will be the next wave in the industry.
