Aetna Better Health of Illinois expands benefits for members

Aetna Better Health of Illinois is kicking off the new year with expanded offerings to help members and their families prioritize health and wellness in 2025. Aetna's benefits are designed to address key aspects of modern living and provide comprehensive support, per the company.

Highlights of the 2025 benefits include:

Mental Health Resources: Members can access counselors, therapists and the Moodfit app (for those 12+), with a new Calming Comfort box to help manage stress and anxiety.

Fitness & Weight Management: Programs include Active&Fit gym memberships, Weight Watchers access and a new benefit covering Instacart grocery delivery subscription fees.

Healthy Kids Programs: Members ages 5 to 21 can access a yearly stipend for activities through GO Get Active, along with resources for healthy eating and staying active.

Baby Essentials: Free baby items like diapers and bottles, as well as personalized support from nurses, continue to be available for growing families.

Educational Assistance: GED support, career training and skill building are all available for members 18+.

With these enhanced benefits, Aetna Better Health of Illinois is helping members take steps toward better health and wellness, the company said.
