Alembic intros generic Lumigan

Alembic Pharmaceuticals is introducing its first ophthalmic glaucoma product. The company has launched its generic Lumigan (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution 0.03%). 

The drug is indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure associated with open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. 

The product marks Alembic’s 54th launch since it began U.S. operations in 2015.
