Bartell Drugs is stepping up its delivery services to customers. The company announced that it has launched grocery delivery via Instacart.

“We understand the importance of making connections, driving convenience, putting the customer in control and improving their experiences.” said Brent Beebe, Bartell’s senior vice president of merchandising. “We have served our Northwest neighbors for over 129 years and we’re putting their needs first.”

Earlier this year, Bartell’s introduced NimbleRx for prescription delivery with just three test stores in the initial roll-out. That service is now available in all 68 neighborhood locations. As Bartell’s strives to offer convenience, customers can select when and where they want their prescriptions delivered from their mobile device, the company said. Timing of delivery and pricing will vary depending on what the customer selects.
