BJ’s Wholesale is sharing news of several executive leadership appointments.
First off, the warehouse club retailer announced that Rachael Vegas would be taking over as the new executive vice president, chief merchandising officer, effective Oct. 25.
Vegas will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the merchandising and assortment planning and allocation functions, reporting to executive vice president, chief commercial officer Paul Cichocki.

Her diverse background and deep experience in retail and grocery will be influential as we continue to build on our momentum and advance our strategic priorities.”

Prior to joining BJ’s Wholesale Club, Vegas served as the senior vice president, e-commerce merchandising at H-E-B. Prior to that, she held various leadership positions at Brandless, Target and Delhaize Group.
