ByHeart has expanded into Walmart, Whole Foods Market and Wegmans stores — bringing its baby formula to more families across the country through trusted retailers.

The launch marks more than a 200% increase in ByHeart’s retail footprint in just one year, continuing its commitment to making its infant formula accessible to more parents and their babies.

In September, ByHeart became available in more than 1,100 Walmart stores nationwide and is now available at select Whole Foods Market and Wegmans locations nationwide. ByHeart’s formula meets Whole Foods Market’s rigorous ingredient quality standards while also being clinically proven to provide key benefits parents look for like easy digestion, efficient growth, and enhanced nutrient absorption — offering parents a no-compromise solution, ByHeart said.

“When I first became a parent, it felt impossible to find a formula that met all my needs, and I knew I wasn’t alone. We created ByHeart — a recipe completely built from scratch in our own facilities that parents can trust to be both clean and clinically proven to support their baby’s health — to ensure parents never have to compromise,” said Mia Funt, co-founder and president of ByHeart. “Launching in Walmart, Whole Foods Market and Wegmans is a big milestone in our mission to offer the best options for families and their babies — making our products accessible wherever they shop.”

“ByHeart’s innovative approach to infant formula brings something truly special to our shelves,” said Yesenia Juergens, principal category merchant at Whole Foods Market. “We’re thrilled to offer parents a new option that combines high-quality ingredients that make it easier for families to find the nutrition they trust for their little ones.”

ByHeart said the company maintains control over every step of the manufacturing process through its own facilities, ensuring consistency and trust for parents across all channels — from direct-to-consumer options to major retail partners.

“As someone who grew up in rural America, it’s incredibly rewarding to know that we’re obsessively improving on ways to reach parents and making reliable nutrition more accessible to everyone,” said Rachel Bradshaw, vice president of retail. “This expansion means that more families, no matter where or how they choose to shop, can nourish their little ones with confidence and care.”
