Camber is introducing decitabine for injection, which is the generic of Dacogen.
Decitabine for injection is indicated for the treatment of:
- Adult patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS)
- De novo and secondary MDS of all French-American British subtypes
- Refractory anemia with excess blasts
- Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia
Decitabine for injection is available in a 50 mg single-dose vial.
