Camber launches generic Pepcid
The medication is indicated for the treatment of active duodenal ulcer, active gastric ulcer and symptomatic nonerosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Camber is rolling out famotidine tablets, a generic of Pepcid.
The medication is indicated in adult and pediatric patients at 88 lbs. and greater for the treatment of active duodenal ulcer, active gastric ulcer and symptomatic nonerosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.

It also is used in adults for the treatment of pathological hypersecretory conditions (e.g., Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, multiple endocrine neoplasias) and the reduction of the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence.
Camber's famotidine tablets are available in 20 mg and 100 mg in 1,000-count bottles and 40 mg in 100, 500 and 1,000- count bottles.
