There’s a new brand with a collection of household essentials on Target shelves.
Everspring, which was developed by the retailer’s internal design team, contains products with ingredients and components that are derived from plants, other renewable materials and post-consumer recycled paper, the Minneapolis-based company said.
"Everspring is a great example of how we're listening — and responding — to the evolving needs of our guests in a way that's uniquely Target," Christina Hennington, the senior vice president and general merchandise manager at Target, said. "Guests can feel confident they're purchasing essentials for their home that include ingredients and components they want and have the efficacy they need to get daily routines done. And, at prices nearly 20 percent less than comparable brands and a focus on fresh design, Everspring offers guests another compelling reason to stock up at Target."
Available year-round, the brand’s products include laundry detergent, paper towels, hand and face wipes, and multi-purpose cleaners, among others.
In addition, Everspring complies with Target Clean, which was a new product standard that the retailer introduced in March. Shoppers will see the Target Clean icon in stores and online, signaling that the item is made without such specific chemicals as phthalates, propyl-paraben, butyl-paraben and sodium laureth sulfates.
