Purina, Ree Drummond dive into the dog treat space
Fans of "The Pioneer Woman" can now share with their dogs what the hype is all about.
Purina and Ree Drummond have joined forces to create a new line of dog treats, that are inspired by the recipes the Food Network star makes for her own family on their ranch in Oklahoma.
"My friends at Purina and I share the same passion for creating tasty, nutritious food and we're committed to bringing high-quality ingredients to the forefront," Drummond said. "Pets have always had a special place in my heart, so I'm thrilled that dogs everywhere can now experience a taste inspired by my family's favorite recipes!"
The Pioneer Woman Dog Treats collection contains 9 different snack flavors in three categories — crunchy, meaty and chews. Products featured in the line include:

In addition, to celebrate the product launch, Purina is bringing The Pioneer Woman’s ranch to Bryant Park in New York City on May 15. Pets will be able to sample the new treats and owners can experience Ree’s ranch firsthand.
