­­CMP ​​​​​​​Pharma debuts Liqrev

CMP Pharma is offering Liqrev (sildenafil) oral suspension, 10 mg/ml, the only FDA-approved ready-made oral liquid of sildenafil.

Liqrev is formulated for patients with dysphagia or difficulty swallowing tablets. Liqrev is indicated for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension to improve exercise ability and delay clinical worsening.

Liqrev addresses the inconsistencies that come from unapproved crushed or compounded tablets and removes the need for complex preparation of powder formulations. Liqrev has a strawberry flavor and is available in 122 ml bottles with a 24-month shelf life, the company noted.
