Do retail health clinicians help sell products?

Clinicians are estimated to recommend products to as many as 25 people a day.

A new survey by Drug Store News’ sister publication Convenient Care Clinician is attempting to determine if retail health clinicians help sell over-the-counter products and which products they recommend most often.

Based on anecdotal evidence, retail health clinicians recommend product purchases to their patients every day. Some estimates put the number as high as 25 people each day, and 24 of those patients go on to buy the recommended product.

Convenient Care Clinician is digging deeper and surveying retail health clinicians about which specific products they most often recommend, and we need your help. If you have a retail health clinic in your store, ask your clinicians to share their thoughts at https://convenientcareclinician.com/otc-product-survey.

All responses will remain confidential and any reporting or references to survey results will be presented in aggregate form only.

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a drawing to win one of 15 $100 Visa e-gift cards. (The chance of winning is one in 20.)
