The product is the generic of Novartis’ Exjade (deferasirox) tablets for oral suspension.

The Exjade brand had a market value of roughly $113 million for the most recent 12 months ending in September 2019, according to IQVIA.

Dr. Reddy’s also is introducing deferasirox film-coated tablets in dosage strengths of 90 mg and 360 mg.

The product is the generic of Novartis’ Jadenu (deferasirox) film-coated tablets, 90 mg, 180 mg, and 360 mg.

Jadenu had a market value of approximately $470 million for the most recent 12 months ending in September 2019, according to IQVIA.

Dr. Reddy’s product comes in bottle count sizes of 30.
