Drug Store News has lined up a who’s who in retail pharmacy for its upcoming Industry Issues Summit that will be held in New York City on Nov. 30 at the New York Athletic Club.

Now in its 24th year, Industry Issues Summit will be meeting in person for the first time since 2019. The event is an opportunity to join retail executives at the premier conference for pharmacy, OTC, health, beauty and personal care. With the industry’s monumental challenges, programming will be more relevant than ever.

“Retail pharmacy is evolving and changing rapidly and retailers and suppliers have to deal with monumental decisions,” said John Kenlon, vice president and publisher of the Drug Store News brand at EnsembleIQ. “This event gives attendees the chance to network with decision makers and to discuss solutions with peers to help strengthen and grow their businesses.”

In addition to a keynote speech from Larry Kudlow, former director of the U.S. National Economic Council, the event will hold four panels that explore key issues that are extremely relevant to the retail pharmacy and health care industry right now. The lineup is as follows:

Panel 1: Bridging the Gap Between Pharmacy & the Medical Community: How Working Together Will Lower Costs & Improve Access and Outcomes

Moderated by: Shannon Huneke

Panel 3: How Shopper’s Wallets Are Shaping Their Baskets: What Can Retailers & Suppliers Do About It?
