Giant, Martin’s in-store pharmacies offering COVID-19 boosters

As COVID-19 vaccine boosters are becoming more and more regulated, another retailer is joining the ranks of those offering it to eligible customers.

Giant recently announced that most of its in-store pharmacies, as well as those located in its Martin’s banner, would be offering Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine boosters to all those who are currently eligible.

In addition, the retailer shared that it will continue to offer initial doses of the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson of COVID-19 vaccines at all of its 132 in-store pharmacies to all those who are currently age 18 years old and older.

Vaccine type varies by locations and pharmacies offering the Pfizer vaccine can administer it to those between the ages of 12 years old to 17 years old with parental consent and attendance, the company said.

Lastly, the retailer also will be administering the flu vaccine at its pharmacy locations.
