Dallas-based Health Mart pharmacy ReNue Rx welcomed Health and Human Services Sec. Alex Azar on Tuesday.

Azar met with ReNue Rx owner Raj Chhadua to recognize the work pharmacists are contributing to the fight against COVID-19 through test collection.

More than 140 Health Mart pharmacies across 40 states are active in the eTrueNorth and Department of Health and Human Services' testing program. 

“Our COVID-19 test collection efforts have supported more than 60,000 patients,” said Nimesh Jhaveri, Health Mart president. “I’m very proud of our local, trusted pharmacists on the frontlines serving patients. When HHS called on us, I knew Health Mart pharmacies would step up and help. They care deeply for their communities.”
