Hy-Vee to debut reimagined store
Hy-Vee is gearing up to celebrate a grand opening.
The retailer recently shared news of the opening of its first entirely reimagined grocery store. Located at 2150 E. Sunshine Street, in Springfield, Mo., this new location will be the first of its new concept to debut across its eight-state region, the company said.

Opening to the public at 6 a.m. on Feb. 22, Hy-Vee on Sunshine is set to feature several new departments, as well as amenities it has become known for, the company said.
In addition to opening this reimagined concept, the location is also set to have an accompanying Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh convenience store on the west side of the parking lot.

The convenience store will offer shoppers fresh on-the-go meal offerings, a Market Grille Express and select grocery staples including fresh produce and fresh bakery items, the company said.
Hy-Vee on Sunshine will be open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week and will carry about 142,000 items. The Fast & Fresh location will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week, the company said.
