Keycentrix, a leader in pharmacy management software and technology, is welcoming Jeff Lucas as its vice president of operations, effective immediately. Lucas has a 27-year background in successfully leading and managing client service teams, specifically for information technology and software.
Lucas will focus on boosting the company’s implementation, training, and support endeavors, through enhancing team capabilities and processes.

At Keycentrix, Lucas will lead day-to-day operations and ongoing strategy that equip and enable the users of the company’s pharmacy software and technology solutions, including Newleaf pharmacy management software, Sendkey patient engagement platform, and Flextrax point-of-sale system. As a member of the executive team, he also will play a key role in executing company strategy during a time of growth, the company said.
