Lupin receives FDA OK for generic Diflucan
Diflucan is indicated for the treatment of vaginal candidiasis.
Lupin has received the Food and Drug Administration’s green light for Fluconazole tablets, 50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg and 200 mg, which is the generic of Pfizer’s Diflucan.
Diflucan is indicated for the treatment of vaginal candidiasis (vaginal yeast infections due to Candida).

Fluconazole tablets (Diflucan) had a market value of roughly $43 million, per July 2023 IQVIA data.
This product will be manufactured at Lupin’s Pithampur facility in India.
