“Suppliers are making more thoughtful choices about which retailers are best positioned to partner with moving into the future. Retailers must be committed to building deeper and even more trusting relationships than ever before,” Mack said. “This panel discussion will be invaluable for both suppliers and retailers who are looking to create deeper, enduring relationships with their top business partners.”
Mack’s panel closes out the four-day event, which kicked off with a keynote on Monday from NYU Stern School of Business professor and author Amy Webb. It continued Tuesday with a panel discussion moderated by McKesson’s Nimesh Jhaveri about the pandemic’s impact on retail. Wednesday features a panel moderated by Hamacher Resource Group’s Dace Wendland on retail’s role in patient care.
