NACDS announces speakers for upcoming 2021 virtual annual meeting

Former Food and Drug Administration commissioner Scott Gottlieb and presidential historian and author Jon Meacham will be featured speakers at the 2021 NACDS virtual meeting's Business Programs in April.

The National Association of Chain Drug Stores announced the lineup of speakers during its Business Programs at the NACDS 2021 Annual Meeting, being held virtually in April.

Scott Gottlieb, former Food and Drug Administration commissioner, will speak on Monday, April 26 at 10 a.m. EDT. Gottlieb's work focuses on advancing public health through developing and implementing innovative approaches to improving medical outcomes, reshaping healthcare delivery, and expanding consumer choice and safety.

Presidential historian and author John Meacham will headline the second Business Program on Tuesday, April 27 at 10 a.m.

Known as a skilled orator with a depth of knowledge about politics, religion, and current affairs, Meacham brings historical context to the issues and events impacting our daily lives.
