Skkn by Kim acquired by Skims from Kim Kardashian, Coty
Skims, the lifestyle company co-founded by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede, acquired Skkn by Kim from Kim Kardashian and Coty.
The acquisition includes Kardashian and Coty’s minority stake in Skkn by Kim, and ultimately consolidates the reality star’s lifestyle portfolio into one, which includes cosmetics, skin care and fragrance.
"My mission has always been to create products that resonate deeply—whether it's shapewear and lingerie that empowers or make-up and skincare that transforms," says Kardashian, Skims chief creative officer and co-founder. "Uniting everything under the Skims brand streamlines that vision."
Through this acquisition, Skims will expand into beauty, skin care and fragrance categories, the company noted.
"This acquisition isn't just growth," says Jens Grede, CEO and co-founder of Skims. "It's about the strength of our brand and our ability to enter a new category with authority."

Xyzal teams up with 2025 Hall of Famer CC Sabathia
Xyzal is taking its allergy medication to the baseball field.
The brand recently teamed up with former New York Yankee and 2025 Hall of Famer CC Sabathia, to spotlight just how its products can help combat common allergy symptoms that include sneezing, itchy eyes and a runny nose among other symptoms.
Sabathia attended the Yankees vs Diamondbacks game on April 3, where he expressed his excitement for the upcoming season. He also was excitement about being honored alongside some of his idols at the 2025 Hall of Fame ceremony, his retirement from the sport and how Xyzal has helped with any allergy symptoms he suffered from throughout the spring.

Zyrtec is showcasing a brand new look.
The company recently announced a packaging revamp that is made with 100% paper across all its product lines.
With a modern, flat-front package design, the company aims to communicate its product benefits and ingredient transparency with larger text that is easier to read.
In addition, the revamp will utilize bright colors including red, orange and yellow, the brand noted.

Ashley Graham named the face of Revlon’s ColorSilk
Ashley Graham is taking on a new role as part of her global brand ambassadorship with Revlon.
The beauty brand announced that the model has been named the new face of the ColorSilk line, which recently also revamped its formula.
ColorSilk, an ammonia-free hair dye line, is now formulated with a Bond Repair Complex that helps deliver vibrant and long-lasting color, as well as gray coverage, the company shared.
In this new role, Graham will showcase how ColorSilk helps in maintaining her color and hair health.
Retailing for $4.97, Revlon’s ColorSilk is now available for purchase at Walmart.

Listerine is expanding its Clinical Solutions line with the latest mouthwash – Sensitive Teeth. This product line is designed to combat and help prevent early gum disease, tooth decay, persistent bad breath and tooth sensitivity.
