AmerisourceBergen elects directors at annual stockholders meeting

PALM BEACH, Fla. — At the AmerisourceBergen annual meeting of stockholders, held Thursday in Palm Beach, Fla., company stockholders elected 10 directors to serve for a one-year term.



The elected directors include Ornella Barra, Steven Collis, Douglas Conant, Richard Gochnauer, Richard Gozon, Lon Greenberg, Jane Henney, Kathleen Hyle, Michael Long and Henry McGee. Following the conclusion of the meeting, Edward Hagenlocker retired from the AmerisourceBergen board.



“On behalf of the entire board, I want to thank Ed for his many years of outstanding service to AmerisourceBergen,” said Richard Gozon, chairman of the board. “Ed’s insight and counsel have been invaluable, and we wish him the best in his retirement.”



“I extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Ed for the many contributions that he has made to the success of AmerisourceBergen and congratulate him on his retirement,” said Steven Collis, AmerisourceBergen president and CEO.



The AmerisourceBergen board is comprised of 10 members, all of whom are independent directors, except Collis and Barra.
