Benzer offers discounts through My Prescription Savings Card

TAMPA, Fla. — Benzer Pharmacy — which recently opened its first California location and moved into Colorado and Texas through its franchise model — on Thursday announced that it would be offering savings and discounts on prescription drugs for patients through the My Prescription Savings Card program. 

 

The program allows patients to save money on prescriptions after enrolling for a $5 annual fee. It offers special pricing for medications based on their pricing level and whether the patient needs a 30- or 90-day supply 

 

With the program, Level 1 medications are $4 for a 30-day supply and $10 for a 90-day supply; Level 2 medications are $5 for a 30-day supply and $14 for a 90-day supply; Level 3 medications are $10 for a 30-day supply and $24 for a 90-day supply; and Level 4 medications are $15 for a 30-day supply and $35 for a 90-day supply. Patients also receive discounts on select medication, immunizations and human-equivalent pet medications. 

 

“We encourage patients to take advantage of the savings and discounts with most generic drugs starting at $4,” Benzer Pharmacy office manager Courtney Griner, Benzer Pharmacy Office Manager said. “Nearly anyone can join My Prescription Savings Card program. There are no limits on usage and no income or age restrictions. In addition, having other prescription drug coverage does not disqualify you from enrolling in the program.”

 

The savings program covers all members of a household.

 

“It is important to note that prescriptions paid for in whole or in part by publicly funded healthcare programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid, are ineligible,” Griner said.
