'Black Swan' dances to Blu-ray, DVD

LOS ANGELES — The critically acclaimed film that captivated and horrified moviegoers this year is coming to Blu-ray and DVD from 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment.

Starring Natalie Portman in her Academy Award-winning role, "Black Swan" will debut on Blu-ray and DVD March 29. Both formats contain the "Metamorphosis: A Three-Part Series," a feature containing behind-the-scenes looks at the filmmaking process and interviews with the cast and director Darren Aronofsky. The "Black Swan" Blu-ray includes an inside look at the film’s costume and production design, as well as cast profiles and special interviews from Portman and Aronofsky.

"Black Swan" follows the twisted tale of Nina (Portman), a ballerina striving to become the star of the New York City Ballet's production of "Swan Lake." But a new dancer, Lily (Mila Kunis), also impresses the director and becomes Nina’s competition. Nina soon gets in touch with her reckless side, a part of her persona that threatens to destroy her.
