Camber launches generic Zocor

PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Camber Pharmaceuticals on Thursday announced the launch of it generic Zocor (simvastatin). The drug is indicated to treat high cholesterol. 

 

Camber offers the drug in 5-, 10-, 20-, 40- and 80-mg tablets. Camber’s simvastatin is available in all strengths in both 90- and 1000-count bottles except for the 80-mg, which is only available in 90 count bottles.
