Church & Dwight purchases brands from Lil' Drug Store Products

EWING TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Church & Dwight Co. announced that they have purchased a number of brands from Lil' Drug Store Products, which include RepHresh, Replens, Pre-Seed, Wellgate and Legatrin PM. The acquisition closed Sept. 19.

 

The company said it will be working to ensure a seamless transition over the next few months. For the time being, all order, shipping and invoice payment processes remain unchanged. A full transition plan is expected in November, including specific dates regarding shipping and invoicing from the Church & Dwight system.
