Cost, quality and benefit — what BTS shoppers look for

Product cost (83%), quality (82%) and academic benefits (78%) are the most important factors considered when purchasing back-to-school products, according to an online survey of more than 500 AccentHealth viewers conducted in July. Convenience associated with shopping the store (70%) and health-and-wellness benefits (64%) round out the top five important characteristics when shopping BTS. To see more Patient Views, click here
