NEW YORK -- Coty Inc. has completed its acquisition of the personal care and beauty business of Hypermarcas, providing Coty with a critical mass platform in the Brazilian beauty market.
Hpermarcas' leading brands include Monange, Risqué, Bozzano, Paixão and Biocolor.
