8/23/2013

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. — Unilever’s Degree Women is teaming up with music artist Ciara for its “Do:More” campaign, which aims to encourage women nationwide to challenge themselves and pursue their passions.

As part of the campaign, the brand is providing an exclusive look into Ciara's journey to improve every day as a singer and dancer. Her journey of inspiration and motivation will be chronicled on the Degree Women Facebook page. Fans can like the brand to unlock video content from Ciara and enter for a chance to win prizes.

"We are so excited to be partnering with Ciara — as one of music's most active performers, she truly embodies the Do:More spirit that we try to ignite in our consumers," stated Matthew McCarthy, senior marketing director for Unilever North America. "Ciara not only defines what Do:More is all about — following your passions, trying something new and living life to the fullest — but she puts that on display every time she takes the stage to perform, as evidenced by her numerous awards and successful new album."

As an official sponsor of the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, which airs on Aug. 25, Degree Women will be providing fans with access backstage at the VMAs via MTV's VMA All Access multi-camera experience live stream available at VMA.MTV.com and through the MTV app. The experience will offer fans 10 different behind-the-scenes camera feeds — including the audience reaction camera and a curated "MTV Cut."
