ELMHURST, Ill. Mack Elevation Forum, a strategic sales and consulting organization, will host a conference for top executives of smaller and mid-size CPG firms April 17 prior to the National Association of Chain Drug Stores’ Annual Conference, the company announced recently.
The conference will be facilitated by Mack Elevation managing director Dan Mack and will feature industry icon and Drug Store News emeritus Jay Forbes will be speaking at the Elevation Forum on emerging industry insights in light of a challenged economy.
“[Forbes] has dedicated his professional career, spanning more than four decades, to tracking the fortunes of the food, drug and mass market retailing sectors and the consumer goods manufacturing community,” Mack stated. “He is known for his strategic insights as VP/group publisher of Drug Store News and for the last decade as VP customer development for the Retail Group [of Lebhar Friedman, parent company of Drug Store News]. Jay's insightful first-hand industry observations and collaboration with the top national retailers provides a unique industry voice.”
Mack will also unveil a high end sales architecture which encourages organizations to move from transactional to strategic customer engagement.
The sales framework, called the Elevation Model, is a system which teaches organizations how to align boardroom priorities through uncovering and utilizing hidden corporate assets and influencers, resulting in enhanced customer alignment, improved sales results and increased competitive insulation.
