Harris Teeter to open Sterling, Va. location with in-store health services

MATTHEWS, N.C. — Harris Teeter on Thursday announced a planned grand opening for its newest location. The new store, located in Sterling Va., will be opened with an event on June 15 at 8 a.m. that will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony and in-store sampling. 

 

The 52,000-sq. ft. store will be open 24/7 and feature a drive-thru pharmacy, as well as free blood pressure testing, private professional consultations and drug interaction and allergy screenings. 

 

The store will also have full-service butcher’s and fisherman’s markets, a full-service floral department, a hot foods bar, carryout service and express lane online shopping, among other features.
